COLIN SEATON

Colin Seaton is a Trustee for Friends of TS Queen Mary.

EXPERIENCE

Colin is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 40 years experience in design, construction and project management of civil engineering and building projects. He has had a variety of roles in consultancy, contracting organisations and in government departments.
For a large part of his career Colin has been involved in the development of maritime infrastructure and support facilities on defence projects in the UK. His work has resulted in a letter of commendation from senior Royal Naval personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Colin joined the Board of Trustees in May 2025 and is responsible for procurement and compliance. This involves engagement with suppliers and partners and the review of all proposals to assure best value for the charity.
